New to Sleep and Lung Care? Register here before your first visit and you will spend less time at reception. It takes about five minutes, and you can attach your referral at the same time. Your first appointment is always in person at Epping, Brunswick, Doncaster East, Braybrook and Kilmore; new appointments are usually available within about 3 weeks. Not sure what to expect? Please bring your Medicare card to your appointment — we copy it at reception rather than collecting the number online. Lung function tests and eligible home-based sleep studies are bulk billed with a valid referral. Consultation fees and any hospital-based sleep study charges are separate; reception will explain the applicable fees before booking.

What happens next

Reception checks your registration and referral and phones you within two business days to confirm your appointment.
Bring your Medicare card, concession or health fund card, inhalers and medicines, and any X-ray or CT reports.
Allow about 40 minutes for the consultation; any lung function tests or sleep study set-up are arranged as needed. Your GP receives our letter within two weeks.
