Making an appointment

To make an appointment with one of the Sleep and Lung Care specialists, patients must have a valid referral from either their GP or Specialist.

Appointments to see Sleep and Lung specialists at any location can be made by calling (03) 9422 0077.

What to bring?

  • Your Referral letter
  • Previous x-rays or CT scans, if you have any
  • Any other relevant tests, including blood tests or sleep studies, if you have any
  • CPAP machines, if you use any
